Alaska’s newest commercial real estate firm. He has an extensive background in management, advertising, marketing and real estate sales and leasing. Over the past twenty-eight years, Stuart
Bond has successfully completed over 1,500 leases for a combined total of in excess of seven million square feet. During the same period he has sold over 200 commercial properties valued at over $500,000,000.00. Currently he exclusively represents over thirty commercial properties throughout the Anchorage area.
Prior to starting his own firm, he was the broker and managing director of Bond, Stephens & Johnson, Inc., Alaska’s largest commercial real estate firm and employed by the Jack White Company, where he was the top producing commercial agent from 1989 through 1992. Between 1982 and 1989, Stuart Bond was the highest volume commercial broker at Polar Realty.
Prior to starting his real estate career, Stuart Bond was President of North Country Stores, Inc.
During the eight years served in this capacity, he developed a chain of eleven retail stores throughout the Anchorage area.
Previously, he was Assistant Manager for Montgomery Wards in Anchorage where he was responsible for all facets of store operations and management.
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area, he graduated from San Rafael Military Academy and attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado.
Stuart Bond is a member of the Anchorage Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Building Owners & Managers Association, the Anchorage Multiple Listing Service, the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, the Alaska Military Housing Task Force, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
